Founded by real estate veteran Doug Heddings, a top-ranking broker with two
decades of experience selling real estate in New York City, the Hamptons and
beyond, Heddings Property Group is proud of the success we have achieved, not
just for ourselves but for our clients. We are continually driven by a quest to put
our buyers’ and sellers’ interests above our own, and to excel in our industry by

Big city experience marries boutique-quality service here, where we do things
differently, and raise the bar way above the norm. Besides his veteran status as
a sought-after New York City real estate specialist, Doug Heddings also brings
to his group proven experience as a buyer, seller, landlord and tenant in the
Hamptons over the past 22 years. His family has owned homes out East since
the early 80s, and Doug currently enjoys a home off Sayres Path in Wainscott
where he spends lots of time.
